Scheduling Your Session

Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the link, along with any additional materials or instructions needed for the session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join the meeting.

Setting Up the Video Call

You can join via your web browser or your phone. Before the session, it’s a good idea to test your audio and video settings to ensure everything is working smoothly.

During Your Session

Our sessions are designed to be engaging and supportive. At the beginning, we will have time to talk and connect. You can expect open, honest conversations in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, and we’ll work together to create a personalized approach to meet your needs.

After the Session

At the end of each session, we’ll discuss next steps and set goals for our next meeting. You’ll receive any resources or follow-up notes I may provide to help support your progress.
