Every Day Brings A New Opportunity to Renew & Rise
You’ve been doing your best to hold everything together, but inside, something still feels off. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of what you need. With so many responsibilities, plans, and decisions on your mind, it’s hard to slow down enough to feel clear or grounded. You want relief, clarity, and a sense of direction, but it’s difficult to sort through it all on your own.

What My Therapy Sessions Are Like
Therapy is a supportive, collaborative space where you don’t have to hold everything together on your own. Together, we explore what’s been weighing on you — stress, anxiety, overwhelm, past experiences, or patterns that keep repeating — and gently work toward relief, clarity, and emotional balance.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. We move at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. In our sessions, you can expect:
- A safe, judgment-free place to talk honestly
- Help understanding your thoughts, emotions, and reactions
- Practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
- Space to process experiences from the past that may still affect you today
- Guidance in building healthier habits, boundaries, and coping skills
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you feel grounded, supported, and more like yourself again.
Sessions are held online through secure telehealth and are available in English and Spanish for clients located in Florida.
How Therapy Can Help
Many people come to therapy because anxiety, stress, low mood, or past experiences are beginning to feel heavy. Therapy offers a supportive space to understand what’s happening inside — and gently work toward relief, clarity, and stability.
Through our work together, you may experience:

My Therapy Approach
I draw from several evidence-based approaches depending on your needs and goals. This may include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — to understand patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of responding.
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) — a gentle, structured approach that helps the brain process distressing experiences so they feel less triggering.
- Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) — a guided process that helps reduce the emotional impact of past difficult events.
We’ll decide together which approaches feel right for you, and we’ll always move at your pace.

A Message for You
You may be going through a difficult season right now, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, unsure, or weighed down by everything you’ve been carrying. Maybe past experiences, stress, or constant responsibilities have started to affect your mood, sleep, relationships, or sense of peace.
If you’ve ever felt like you don’t have anyone you can truly talk to or that others might judge, minimize, or misunderstand what you’re going through, you’re not alone. Therapy offers a safe, caring space where your story is heard and respected.
Together, we can gently explore what’s been happening, understand why it feels so hard, and develop tools to help you cope, heal, and feel more grounded. There’s no pressure to “have it all figured out.” We move at your pace.
If you’re ready to talk and begin taking small, supportive steps forward, I’m here to walk with you.
